Building competence in nephrology practice is at the core of training.  This session explores three key aspects of global nephrology education: how to develop a curriculum and training program that focuses on ensuring competence, how to develop skills in clinical reasoning especially across complex scenarios and how do we assess whether trainees are ready for independent practice.
