Dr. Elliot Koranteng Tannor is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Medicine of the School of Medical Science of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Senior Specialist Physician and Consultant Nephrologist at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi, Ghana. He is a Fellow of the International Society of Nephrology and Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (FWACP). He is a member of the ISN Advocacy Working group, Education Working Group, Africa Regional Boards, Continuing Medical Education Program Committee and Social Media Team. He is the Chairman of the Educational Committee of the Ghana Kidney Association and Past Chairman of the Young Nephrologist Committee of the African Association of Nephrology (AFRAN). He is part of the First cohort of Emerging Leaders Program of ISN. He is an Academic Editor of the PLOS Global Public Health. Elliot is also Senior Atlantic Fellow for Health Equity with the George Washington University, USA and Founder/Director of Kidney Health International and a kidney Health Advocate.
