I am a Professor of Nephrology at the Jawaharlal Institute, Puducherry, India and I currently head the dept. I started this dept in 2010 was primarily responsible for starting Nephrology clinical services, including living and deceased donor kidney transplantation, Interventional Nephrology, Outpatient haemodialysis centre, etc. I am the faculty in charge of ESRD services at the institute. I drafted the curriculum for DM Nephrology and BSc Dialysis Therapy Technology training courses at JIPMER. My primary areas of research interest include CKDu and Longterm outcomes of Living Kidney Donors.
