Dr Amit Govil, Professor of Medicine with tenure, is the Robert G. Luke Endowed Chair in Nephrology and the Division Director of Nephrology at University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH, USA. He is the medical director of kidney transplants at UCMC and the Director of the Transplant Nephrology Fellowship Program. Dr. Govil has research interests in the transplant outreach process, kidney-pancreas transplant outcomes, transplant glomerulopathy, and de-sensitization of sensitized patients and has published extensively in the area.
