Jane van der Jeugd has more than 35 years working with Paediatric and Adult patients in the speciality of renal medicine. Jane currently works in a full-time capacity as a nurse practitioner in Nephrology, specialising in Renal Transplantation at Flinders Medical centre, South Australia. Jane has instigated the successful set-up of independent nurse led clinics. She responsible for all pre transplant work up assessments, post-Transplant acute assessments and annual wellness reviews. Jane effectively set this program up in 2006. Jane has spent time in Churchill hospital in Oxford UK, and Guys hospital in London, on observational placements, and worked in many of the major renal units in Australia. Jane is the current President of the Transplant nurse's association for South Australia and the Northern Territory... and would warmly welcome you all to come and visit the land down under
