o I have voluntary retired from the Armed Forces Medical Services and I bring 28 years’ experience of working in tertiary care hospitals. I am trained and experienced in Renal Nursing including transplant and dialyses services, organ donation and transplantation, Neuro Nursing, Critical Care Nursing and I have headed the nursing services in the above units, and I am also well versed with the administration of these services. I also headed in Army Hospital (Research & Referral) in getting the registration under NOTTO (National Organ & Tissue Transplantation Organisation) and also to initiate the Heart and Lung Transplantation which is widely established under Delhi Organ Transplant Cell. Then I started my work as a Transplant manager at the first super speciality hospital of Delhi NCR, Batra Hospital and Research Centre. I headed in the hospital in getting the registration done under NOTTO and the license from Delhi Organ Transplant Cell. We had successful renal transplants after that. We also were the first in Delhi NCR to transplant on post covid CKD patient and also did cashless transplants at govt scheme, conducting induction programmes for newly joined nurses, monitoring their knowledge competency, in-services educations .Holding hands to young nurses thus empowering them. Then I joined Medanta, Gurgaon as Nursing Superiendent & HOD Training, Quality & Nursing Development. Is the member of the senior nursing core management team.Developemt one year certification programme in dialysis and kidney transplant nursing to improve the patient quality care and the nursing competency ..Has been awarded by the Army Chief citation award twive in 2015 & 2016.Awarded with the best Nursing Officer from Dept of NEPHROLOGY AND RENAL TRANSPLANATION ON MAY 12 2015 ,Nurses Day .Awarded the Best National Transplant Coordinator 2018, the Swami Narayan Award in NATCO & MOHAN fOUNDATIONConference 2018.Asia Pacific Excellence Award in the category of Super Woman Achiever 2021 for the service in the fileld of Renal Nursing as a renal nurse ,transplant coordinator & nurse educator .
