Dr Sourabh Sharma, MBBS, MD (Medicine), DNB (Nephrology), MNAMS, FASN, FISN is presently working as Asst. Professor Nephrology & Kidney Transplantation at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India. He is member, Strengthening Committee, National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation (NOTTO), and Technical Expert Group for CKD and Health Promotion, MoHFW. He has more than 80 publications in national and international journals and is a reviewer in many Nephrology and Transplantation journals. He is Deputy Chair (2023-25), Dialysis Working Group, and member, South Asian Regional Board of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN). He is a mentor under ISN Mentorship Program of the ISN. He is the social Media Editor for the reputed NDT journal, and was National Representative (India), European Renal Association YNP from 2020 to 2023. He is member of the UTI working group of International Society of Chemotherapy. Regionally, he is Executive Council Member of Indian Society of Organ Transplantation (ISOT) and Indian Society of Nephrology- North Zone. He is Assistant Editor for the ISOT Newsletter and Editorial Board member of NOTTO Newsletter. He is the Program InCharge for ISOT eduConnect program of ISOT since 2023. He is recipient of the CME Dronacharya Award 2021 for exemplary contribution towards continuing medical education in Nephrology in India. Presently, he is social media team member for ISN WCN, ISN Education, ERA, and ISOT.
