Intissar HADDIYA, MD, PhD is a Moroccan Nephrologist, Professor of Nephrology, author, lecturer & reviewer for several international indexed medical journals. She graduated from the faculty of medicine and pharmacy- University Mohammed V- Rabat as a specialist in Nephrology, dialysis and kidney transplant in 2010. During her residency, she also completed an internship period in Nephrology and kidney transplantation in both Paris Necker university Hospital, and Rangueil hospital in Toulouse (France). She holds a PhD in Social responsibility in Health (University Mohammed V, Rabat Morocco) since 2021. She is currently a full professor of Nephrology at The faculty of medicine and pharmacy – Mohammed Premier University- Oujda-Morocco and President of kidney failure patients support association in Eastern Morocco since 2022. Her major degrees and certificates include “Management of patients in nephrology resuscitation” (Faculty of Medicine Pierre and Marie Curie – Paris, 2010), “Renal replacement therapy techniques” (Faculty of Medicine of Strasbourg- France, 2012), “Pedagogy of health sciences” (Faculty of Medicine of Bordeaux, 2012), “Managing responsibly: Practicing Sustainability, Responsibility and Ethics” (University of Manchester, 2020). Prof HADDIYA also holds a specialization in AI in healthcare (University of Stanford 2024). She authored with her team more than fifty scientific articles related to her fields of interest (Nephrology, dialysis, hypertension and kidney transplant). Moreover, she recently published a book about social responsibility in health in Africa by Peter Lang editions (2023).
