Ms. Seijas holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad de San Andres, a Master in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, an MBA from IAE Business School, and is a CFA charter holder. She has been working at International Financial Corporation (World Bank Group) for the past 13 years, leading transactions in manufacturing, health, and education in Argentina, Mexico and Brazil. She is involved in originating and processing financings for the private sector that lead to economic development in emerging markets. Before that she worked at CRISIL (a Standard & Poor's company) for four years. She has been diagnosed with glomerulonephritis since she was 5 years old. He went through a kidney transplant at age of 35, the donor being her father. 2 years after the transplant she moved to Brazil, where she continues leading projects in development.
