Born in latacunga - Ecuador on October 3, 1977. Graduated as a surgeon from the Central University of Ecuador. Nephrologist from the UTE University of Quito.
He has worked as an attending physician at Hospital Metropolitano, Hospital Voz Andes, and Hospital Axxis. He is head of the nephrology service at Hospital Enrique Garces and Novaclinica. He has been an undergraduate and graduate medicine and nephrology professor since 2017.
He was a pioneer in extracorporeal therapies in the country, such as Hemoadsorption with resin (2014), continuous renal replacement therapies (2018), and CPFA (2021). He has published a dozen articles and is co-author of a book on clinical nephrology. He lives in Quito and, in this city, has had medical activities for 26 years go.
He has been a founding member of the Ecuadorian Society of Nephrology since 2012 and currently serves as president of the Society.
