Anil K. Agarwal, MD, FACP, FASN, FNKF, FASDIN is Professor of Clinical Medicine at The University of California San Francisco at Fresno, California. Dr. Agarwal is a passionate clinician and educator and is an expert in clinical nephrology with extensive experience in clinical research. He is a frequently sought after speaker nationally and internationally. Dr. Agarwal is also an expert in Interventional Nephrology and is the Past President of the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. He has served as an ambassador to many countries for the International Society of Nephrology. He is also the past Chair of Interventional Nephrology Workgroup of ISN. He has authored and edited the first textbook of Interventional Nephrology as well as the first and second editions of NephSAP on Interventional Nephrology published by the American Society of Nephrology. Dr. Agarwal serves on editorial boards and is a reviewer for several prominent medical journals.
