Bala Waziri Nigeria
A Consultant Nephrologist, clinical researcher, and healthcare administrator, and a Fellow of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN). A member of the ISN Africa Regional Board, the ISN Clinical Research Committee, and the African Association of Nephrology Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) Working Committee. He holds an MSc in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and a PhD in Internal Medicine from the University of the Witwatersrand. He completed ISN fellowship training at Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital, Johannesburg, and is currently the Chief Medical Director and Chief Executive Officer of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida Specialist Hospital.
