Dr Hannah Beckwith is a Consultant Nephrologist at King’s College Hospital and Clinical Lecturer at King’s College London. Her research explores physiological changes during pregnancy and ageing, alongside the intersection of sex and gender in kidney disease. A passionate advocate for person-centred care, she designed and led the ePISTLE study, investigating how sex, gender, and patient expectations influence treatment outcomes and perceptions of illness severity among frail and seriously unwell populations.
