Session description: Pregnancy in women with kidney disease or at risk of pregnancy AKI can be high-risk and challenging to manage. Pregnancy counselling, antenatal management and postpartum care are important elements of basic nephrology care, but there is a lack of dedicated training and educational resources.  To fill this gap, the ISN Train the Trainer Program for Pregnancy and Kidney Disease was established in 2023 to grow obstetric nephrology expertise globally. At WCN 2025 we launched a toolkit of educational modules designed to help nephrologists learn about and teach on reproductive health related topics. In this session, we will give an overview of the TTT program, which will be in its second iteration since 2025. The subsequent talks will showcase key educational points from the current modules, providing attendees with the "Essentials" of pregnancy and kidney disease. We will finish with a Q and A with the panel. This session will be the 'rapid fire' update in preconception counselling and pregnancy care you definitely need to be a women's health champion !
