Dominique is Professor of Health Ethics and Professionalism in the School of Medicine at Deakin University. Her research focuses on ethical issues in organ and tissue donation and transplantation and in nephrology, and on professionalism in healthcare. Dominique has served as a consultant to the World Health Organization and the Australian Organ and Tissue Authority. She was a member of the joint ethics task force of ISN-ASN-ERA, and is a founding member of the Doha International Academy for Organ Donation and the Declaration of Istanbul Custodian Group.
