Anukul Ghimire obtained his MD and completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Alberta. This was followed by Nephrology subspeciality training at the University of Calgary. He is currently a Transplant Nephrology fellow at the University Health Network in Toronto, Canada. He is an ISN- Global Kidney Health Atlas Fellow and Editorial Fellow with the American Journal of Transplantation. His research interests are centered around kidney transplantation, global kidney health, sustainable kidney care, and cardiovascular disease among patients with kidney disease.
