Talerngsak Kanjanabuch Thailand

Professor Talerngsak Kanjanabuch is an internationally recognized nephrologist at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, where he directs the Center of Excellence in Kidney Metabolic Disorders and the Trinity Center–ISN Interventional Nephrology Training Center. He serves as Secretary-General of the Nephrology Society of Thailand and an Executive Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Thailand. Globally, he is Chair of the ISN Oceania and South-East Asia (OSEA) Regional Board, Convenor of the ISPD Asia-Pacific Chapter, and a Council Member of both ISN and APSN. He contributes to major international initiatives, including the ISN Clinical Research Program Committee, ISN Dialysis Working Group, ISPD Publications Committee, and the PDOPPS Steering Committee. He has contributed to KDIGO and ISPD guidelines and major global studies (PDOPPS, STEP-PD, IMPLEMENT-CKD, NIHR-LHS, SONG-PD). A strong advocate for equitable kidney care, he has played a key role in advancing Thailand’s “PD First” and “Dialysis 2025” policies, and in strengthening dialysis capacity across the Asia-Pacific region.
