Luke Wilson New Zealand

Dr Luke Wilson (Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairoa) is a Senior Research Fellow within the Department of Medicine, University of Otago | Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka, Dunedin | Ōtepoti, New Zealand | Aotearoa. He is a Māori (Indigenous person) mid-career integrative human physiologist with a broad-based research interest in human physiology including cardiovascular and neuro-vascular regulation. Luke is actively involved in clinical trials in the area of kidney health and advocates for equity and inclusion of First Nations and Indigenous People. Luke has served in the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology Education and Training Committee and recently finished his term as Chair of the Scientific, Program and Awards Committee.
