Anxiety is an extremely important emotional factor in the care of hemodialysis patients. Relevant studies have pointed out that anxiety not only causes physical and psychological discomfort before receiving hemodialysis but may also further affect the patient's implementation and compliance with the treatment plan. Therefore, it is crucial to provide appropriate health education and psychological support to hemodialysis patients, as these measures can help patients face it with a more positive attitude, thereby improving their overall treatment outcomes and quality of life.

This study adopts a cross-sectional correlation study design, the research site is the hemodialysis room of a regional teaching hospital, and the subjects are patients who have been receiving hemodialysis treatment for 3 months, are ≧≧ 18 years old, have clear consciousness, and can complete the questionnaire on their own or through verbal communication, and a total of 160 patients were enrolled, and they were divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group is for patients who have received structural health education and entered hemodialysis as the disease progresses. the control group refers to patients who urgently go to the hospital for hemodialysis due to physical discomfort; To assess patients' anxiety levels, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale developed by Zigmond and Snaith was used.

A total of 160 hemodialysis patients, including 88 in the experimental group and 72 in the control group, were compared between the experimental group and the control group, including gender, age, marital status, residence status, education level and occupation, respectively, and the results did not reach a statistically significant difference. In terms of comparison of anxiety levels before and after health education, the t-value was -0.649, and the corresponding p-value was 0.517, indicating that structural health education did not effectively reduce patients' anxiety levels before dialysis. Regarding nursing satisfaction, the comparison between the two groups found that there was a statistically significant difference in nursing satisfaction in whether they received health education (P=0.004, P 0.05).

The design and results of this study can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of health education on hemodialysis patients, which provides an important data basis for the development of clinical practice and academic theories in the futureIn addition, this study will also evaluate the difference in nursing satisfaction between structural and conventional health education at the time of discharge, and comprehensively explore the role of health education in the treatment process.
