Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease with multiple manifestations and often involves the kidneys, leading to lupus nephritis. Currently, the diagnosis and staging of lupus nephritis mainly rely on light microscopy and immunofluorescence, while there is limited research on cellular morphology under electron microscopy. This study aims to explore the pathological mechanisms of the disease through electron microscopic analysis of lupus nephritis.
An analysis and statistical study of electron microscopy findings from lupus nephritis cases over the past 20 years at our center was conducted to investigate the pathological mechanisms of the disease at the cellular level.
Since the study is still in progress, the complete results and final conclusions are not yet available. Additionally, the title and the full list of co-authors have not been finalized at this stage, but both will be confirmed and submitted in the final version. I am very eager to participate as a speaker at this conference, as it represents not only an opportunity to present my work, but also a valuable experience for my academic and professional development.
