Pregnancy risk is most pronounced in women with advanced CKD and ESKD, yet women of reproductive age are often having to navigate this complex scenario. In this session, we will discuss associated pregnancy risks and care for those with advanced CKD and those who choose to conceive on dialysis or after transplantation. Comparing and contrasting these risks and management strategies as women progress along their kidney journey is critical to informed decision making. The session will include a panel discussion with members of the Train the Trainer Program for Pregnancy and Kidney Disease.
