Globally Deliverable Lifestyle Interventions Across the CKD Journey

3 Apr 2027 14:00 15:30
Plenary Theatre

Some of the most powerful tools for people with kidney disease are also the most accessible. This whole-person session sets out low-cost interventions that can be delivered across the CKD journey almost anywhere: emerging paradigms in dietary management; what self-management actually looks like in a low-resource setting - blood pressure, medicines, salt, activity and diet; and renal rehabilitation delivered at scale, including pre-transplant prehabilitation. You'll leave with concrete, affordable strategies that integrate into routine nephrology care in your own system.
