Complement and the Glomerulonephritides: Where Do the New Drugs Fit in Clinical Practice?

3 Apr 2027 09:15 10:45
Banquet Hall

The glomerulonephritides have entered a therapeutic boom. Complement inhibitors and other targeted agents are now approved across C3 glomerulopathy and MPGN, ANCA-associated vasculitis, and IgA nephropathy. But approval has outpaced practical guidance, and clinicians are left asking how to use these new medications—which patient, which drug, in what sequence or combination, and what to do when cost or reimbursement puts a therapy out of reach. This session sets aside mechanism for the bedside, offering concrete, disease-by-disease advice on positioning these new drugs in everyday practice.
