Session Description:
NephQTL portal – Scientists will learn how to navigate through the NephQTL application to find out genes and specific variants affect gene expression in the NEPTUNE kidney data. Participants will be guided through with specific examples using the NephQTL interactive browser, search for tissue-specific eQTLS, and shown how to access data for download for futher research outside of the NephQTL application.
