Session Description:
Kidney Tissue Atlas – Researchers will be instructed on how to search on a gene or cell type of interest in the Atlas Explorer application as they are guided through single-cell RNAseq, single-nucleus RNAseq, Regional Transcriptomics, and Regional Proteomics datasets. In the Spatial Viewer researchers will learn how to navigate through spatial omics images of kidney biopsy sections exploring how certain markers are expressed in Chronic Kidney Disease and Acute Kidney Injury specimens. Lastly, participants will be guided through how to narrow down to the data of interest to them within the Atlas Repository and discover open access data for download and how to request contrrolled access data from the KPMP.
