Through patient insights and expert strategies, we will explore gaps in current practice and practical ways to make shared decision-making a reality.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Appreciate the patient perspective on shared decision-making (SDM) and its role in dialysis choice.
2. Understand the need for balanced information, including Peritoneal Dialysis, to support informed decisions.
