Results:
As of August 2024, a total of 26 webinars have been conducted, covering a wide range of topics such as kidney transplantation, glomerular diseases, CKD management, and regional data registries from around the world. The ISN-ISE Webinar titled "A Closer Look at Endocrine and Renal Causes" received the highest participation with 505 attendees. In an effort to reach a more diverse audience, a new feature offering subtitles in multiple languages was introduced in March 2024. Subtitles have been utilized by 20-30% of participants, with approximately one-third of these users being non-English speakers. Among the non-English subtitles available, Spanish is the most commonly used, accounting for approximately 10-15%.
Conclusions:
Webinars serve as an important platform for distance learning, and it's beneficial to introduce features like subtitles to encourage greater participation from audiences around the world.
