This joint ISPD-ISN symposium will highlight current status of access to peritoneal dialysis (PD) worldwide, barriers to equitable access, and initiatives to expand access to the therapy
Learning Objectives:
1. To learn about the current status of utilization of PD for treating kidney failure worldwide. 2. To understand the barriers to greater use of peritoneal dialysis in South Asia. 3. To learn about the initiatives from the IHDC to expand access to PD. 4. To learn about the role nurses can play in growing the use of PD.
