Dr Priscilla Smith is a specialist nephrologist working at Kings College Hospital London delivering multi-centre inpatient and outpatient care. She has expertise in multi-morbidity and has developed a multidisciplinary service providing care and advice for complex cardio-renal-diabetes patients in Southeast London. She co-leads the King’s Renal Pregnancy Clinic caring for women with pre-existing CKD or new renal disease diagnosed in pregnancy. Priscilla was awarded a Master of Science (Clinical Trials) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and remains a tutor on the protocol development and ethics modules of the course. She is undertaking a PhD in reproductive health issues in CKD and is principal investigator for several commercial and non-commercial randomised controlled trials.
